The service
clawr.ing provides an API that allows AI agents to initiate real phone calls. You subscribe for $5/month, which includes 60 minutes of call time per billing period. Additional minutes are available through $5 refill packs.
Your responsibilities
- You will only call phone numbers you are authorized to call.
- You will not use the service for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
- You will not impersonate real people or organizations during calls.
- You are responsible for the behavior of any AI agent you connect to the service.
- You will comply with all applicable telecommunications laws in your jurisdiction.
Free trial
New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial with full access. A valid payment method is required at signup. Your card is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, accessible from your dashboard.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Included subscription minutes refresh each billing cycle and do not carry over. Refill pack minutes do not expire and carry over between billing cycles. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. No refunds for partial months.
Auto top-up
You can enable auto top-up from your dashboard. When enabled, if your balance drops below 3 minutes during a call, we charge your saved payment method $5 for a refill pack of 90 minutes. Charges repeat as needed up to the monthly budget cap you set. You can disable auto top-up or change your budget at any time from the dashboard. If your payment method requires additional authentication (e.g. 3D Secure), the charge may fail, and no minutes will be added.
Acceptable use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or generate excessive costs through fraudulent activity. We will attempt to contact you before taking action unless the violation is severe.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed calls, failed connections, or service interruptions.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
