What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment information through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
When your bot makes a call through our API, we process the phone number you provide and the call context. Call audio is processed in real-time for speech-to-text and text-to-speech and is not stored after the call ends.
How we use it
We use your information to provide the service, process payments, and send transactional emails (receipts, usage alerts). We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not send marketing emails.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Telnyx for phone call routing and carrier connectivity
- Inworld AI for text-to-speech voice synthesis during calls
- AssemblyAI for real-time speech-to-text transcription during calls
- Supabase for database hosting
Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for them to function. Call audio is streamed through Telnyx, Inworld, and AssemblyAI in real-time and is not stored by any party after the call ends.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Call logs (metadata only, no audio) are kept for 90 days for usage tracking. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
